Business subsidy Programme aimed at hiring unemployed persons aged 30 + in Regions in Transition (MET), with particular emphasis on women

OBJECTIVE
To create 5.000 new full-time jobs in the Regions of Western Macedonia, Central Greece, Ionian islands, Peloponnese, Northern Aegean and Crete.

BENEFICIARIES
Private sector businesses and employers which have not reduced their staff in the 3-month period prior to the application and have not received a state aid of more than 200.000 Euros over the past 3 years (current year and the 2 previous ones).

ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES
Unemployed persons aged 30+, registered with DYPA for a least one month at the time of their referral by the KPA2.

DURATION AND SUBSIDY AMOUNTS
The duration of the programme is 12 months and the subsidy amounts of the wage and non-wage costs are the following:
• 466,5 Euros/ month (5.598 Euros/ year) for unemployed persons (≤12 months) aged 30-49
• 559,8 Euros/ month (6.717,6 Euros/ year) for unemployed persons (≤12 μήνες) aged 50 +
• 606,45 Euros/ month (7.277,4 Euros/ year) for long-term unemployed persons aged 30 +
• 653,1 Euros/ month (7.837,2 Euros/ year) for long-termed unemployed persons aged 50 +
• 699,75 Euros/ month (8.397 Euros/ year) for unemployed women aged 30 +
