OAED succeeded the former Workers' Housing Organization with Law 4144/2013 (Government Gazette 88A). Since then, the housing protection of the country's workforce is included in the extended objectives of the Organization.
In this context, OAED provides the following services:
1. It issues the final titles (contracts) for the transfer of ownership of social housing in settlements of former OEK (Workers' Housing Organisation) or individual and scattered apartments (PAKADI) throughout the territory, to their beneficiaries.
2. Prepares the recommendations of horizontal independent properties in the communities, where the issuance of the final concessions is pending.
3. Ensures the settlement of debts owed by beneficiaries of social housing in settlements of formerly OEK or borrowers from equity of the former OEK. Specialized digital applications operate for this purpose.
4. Ensures the lifting of the burdens (elimination of mortgage, mortgage prenotation) registered in favor of the Organization, at the expense of the beneficiary, during the transfer of the residence or apartment or the granting of the loan (subsidies granted on OEK) and until their repayment by the beneficiary.
5. It allocates the remaining stock of vacant and unallocated residences of former OEK throughout the territory to homeless beneficiaries.
6. It ensures the safeguarding of the rights in rem (ownership, encumbrances) of the Organization, deriving from the former OEK, in the National Cadastre.
7. It ensures the monitoring, protection, documentation, management of the Geoinformation Registry of the former OEK, ie the real estate (shops and concentration halls in settlements of the former OEK, other buildings and unstructured plots) originating from the former OEK.
8. It provides data on urban planning documentation to beneficiaries, concerning data and technical drawings of the building permit file of the built settlements t. OEK.
9. Provides copies of loan agreements for grants of equity ex OEK, from the record kept by the Service.

The Manpower Employment Organization calls on all interested citizens entitled to a house in settlements of the former Workers’ Housing Organization (OEK) to submit an application to be included in the repayment arrangement for their debts through a computer application developed for this purpose.

Payments of debtors and beneficiaries of the former OEK through the Interbank Payment System DIAS using a Single Electronic Payment Code (RF)
The Manpower Employment Organization constantly widens the range and the quality of its digital services aiming at the simplification, speeding up payments and facilitating the citizens dealing with it but also the avoidance of visits to bank branches.
In this direction and as part of the constant upgrading of its Systems, utilizing modern technology, it introduces electronic collection of installments through the DIAS service, providing additional possibilities in the way and the channels available through which debtors of the Manpower Employment Organization will be able to carry out payments of their debts.
Specifically, from now on with the new service of the Manpower Employment Organization the payment of debts will be done using the new RF code obligatorily, so that the debtor/settler is identified and his/her file is correctly updated, a fact which facilitates debtors/settlers at the full repayment of their loan also. Payment of the debts to the Organization by debtors and settlers will take place through their respective Bank (If the latter is included in the Interbank Electronic System for the payment of obligations DIAS, using the available service networks and with all available ways of payment of each bank (ask your bank for information).
For this purpose, the Manpower Employment Organization amends the Electronic Payment Code corresponding for the payment of installments for repayment of the loans granted and the price for the assigned houses of the former OEK.
The specific process for the payment of installments may take place also in all payment institutions, electronic money institutions and their certified representatives.
The new Single Electronic Payment Code (25-digit DIAS code – RF)starts with the RF characters and is in total 25 characters long.
Henceforth the new code must be used for the repayment installments (all 25 digits with the RF).
If you have scheduled through your bank future or repeated payments, you will have to redefine the payment code and replace it by the new Electronic Payment Code (25-digit DIAS-RF Code).

How to find a new electronic payment code (25-digit DIAS-RF code)
- - In order to avoid (and due to measures against covid spread) the presence of debtors /settlers in local Manpower Employment Organization Offices, the possibility to find the code electronically and immediately online has been designed.
    You can obtain the specific payment code from the webpage of the Manpower Employment Organization – Social Policy & Other subsidies – Housing Protection – Find a new Single Electronic Payment Code, using the approval number of the loan and your personal access code through TAXISNET.
    IF YOU HAVE submitted an application
    in the electronic platforms for inclusion in the debt arrangements you enter using TAXISNET codes in the corresponding platform and in the home page of the application (menu for submitting applications) next to the initial application for inclusion, there is the option “RF Payment Code” through which you have the possibility to print out the new Electronic Payment Code (25-digit DIAS – RF code):

    IF YOU HAVE NOT submitted an application
    in the above-mentioned platforms, you will have to connect to the new service:
    - Τhen (after first being verified using TAXISNET codes) you will have to enter, besides the approval code of the former OEK (11 digits) or the previous electronic payment code (20 digits where the first 8 are “00001000”, also another detail, such as the borrower’s Tax ID or ID card number (older or newer), Surname (at least 5 initial characters) & Name (at least 3 initial characters). The details always belong to the initial borrower or settler.
    - Ιf the details are identified with the IIS of the former OEK, there is the possibility to print out the new RF code.
    You can pay your debt using EXCLUSIVELY the SINGLE ELECTRONIC PAYMENT CODE of RF type (25 digits):
    - Ιn any bank branch, at ATMs, automatic transaction machines, cash points.
    - In Bank channels (e. g. eBanking / m-Banking etc.) having the payment.
    - Through payment institutions, electronic money institutions and their certified representatives (L. 4021/2011 & 4537/2018)
    - The single electronic payment code is entered without gaps together with the RF.
