Key responsibilities:

Prepare the menu consistently and to the standard required.Participate in recipe development and menu planning.Work with the Executive Chef to manage stock orders, levels and rotation.Maintain regular and effective communication with the team.

 

Candidates must have following minimum requirements:

Excellent HACCP, hygiene, health and safety.Can work well as part of a team and also on your own initiative.Highly organised and a good planner.Experience dealing with high volume in a busy kitchen.Work well under pressure.Having a knowledge of Nutrition would be an advantage.Must have 3+ years experience in this roleEnglish language proficiency B2

 

This is a challenging role and will definitely be interesting and rewarding for an open minded chef. The personality for this challenge will need to be motivated, be a team player, ambitious, creative and most importantly have a passion for delivering a high standard of food.

Salary will be based on experience, starting at €35,000Accommodation can be arranged if required.This is a day time role with no long evenings or late nights required.Weekends are worked on rotation with every third weekend off.Onsite parking available.
