Family Hairdressing business since 1964 in Kitzbühel. The salon is located right in the centre of the popular tourist town of Kitzbühel. We use the products of TIGI Haircare - the cult brand from the USA.

 

Job description

All basic skills of the hairdressing business Cutting: Ladies', men's, and children's haircuts Basic cutting techniques should be present. The owner trains his staff to refine techniques. Hair dyeing or tinting Ability to mix colours according to colour charts or recipes Ability to apply colours, to blow dry and to style Customer’s advice is desired. Keeping  your own workplace clean (cleaning up garbage, sweeping dust and floor wiping) Ability to make appointments Product sales

 

Skills

Completed barber's apprenticeship - certificate If you have not yet used TIGI Haircare products, TIGI Haircare will train you on their products. German or English knowledge Level A2 Willingness to learn the technical terms in German and to be trained in the area of advising customers in German Willingness to be trained to style eyebrows (resins, plucking) as well as to be trained in creating glamourous hairstyles for special occasions like weddings, parties, balls. Team spirit Cashing will be trained after the probation period. Passion for the job Friendly charisma and fashionable appearance Willingness for further education

 

Working hours and place of work

Kitzbühel – Tyrol (Austria)  Full time - permanent:

- Tuesday to Friday from 09:00 – 18:00 including breaks

- Saturday from 08.00 – 17:00 including breaks

     - Sunday and Monday leisure time

 

Salary

The employer offers an over payment of EUR 1400.00 (The collective agreement is EUR 1325.00 having a completed the apprenticeship certificate and without having a professional year). Then: 1st year of employment: EUR 1448.00 2nd + 3rd year of employment: EUR 1489,00 4th + 5 year of employment : EUR 1544,00 From 6th year of employment: EUR 1661,00 13th and 14th salary according to Austrian standard 25 days paid vacation; Holidays will be divided as follows: Two weeks are given at a fix term from the company (shop is closed)  1st  week is from the 22nd  to 28th  of May 2018 and the 2nd week will be in October 2018 Three weeks can be arranged by the employer himself, however, in consultation with the team in the salon

Operating costs only for electricity and water - about EUR 50.00 per month, furniture and inventory completely available in the upper floor of the hairdressing salon
