Job description

Our support workers undertake an extremely important role helping the people they support. We aim to support those affected by autism and/or a learning disability to feel in control of their lives.

You must have good interpersonal skills and have a confident nature. Responsibilities will include helping people with daily tasks such as shopping and preparing meals and supporting the person to access community based services. You may be required to provide personal care, such as assisting with bathing. You will be required to work shifts including some sleep-ins and weekends.

The vacancy is based in the Enfield area.

Previous experience is not required as full training will be given.

All staff will be required to undertake Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and full referencing. Disclosure expense will be met by the company.

Αν περάσουν με επιτυχία τη συνέντευξη θα χρειαστούμε τα ακόλουθα έγγραφα¨

2 forms of proof of current address (bank statement, utility bill, tax document etc) National insurance card (αυτό το βγάζουν εδώ στην Αγγλία η μπορούν να το κάνουν και online) Passport or ID card Driving licence and counterpart addresses of all houses they lived the past 5 years, and the period they have lived in each house. P45 if they have one (είναι το έγγραφο που παίρνουμε όταν σταματάμε να δουλεύουμε στον εργοδότη μας) bank account details (address the branch they registered to). επομένως πρέπει να ανοίξουν λογαριασμό στην Αγγλία. 2 passport-sized photos.

 

Προς το παρόν ψάχνουμε να βρούμε 8 άντρες και μια γυναίκα.

Θα πρέπει να μπορούν να γράψουν και να μιλήσουν στα αγγλικά.

Θέλουμε full time προσωπικό το όποιο είναι 35 ώρες τη εβδομάδα

Πληρώνουμε 8,5 λίρες την ώρα και αυτό ανέρχεται καθαρά λεφτά αφού κρατηθούν αυτόματα λεφτά για εφορία και ασφάλεια και σύνταξη γύρω στα 1000 λίρες το μήνα. Η εφορία και η ασφάλεια γίνονται αυτόματα από την επίσημη εφορία του κράτους.

 

Επίσης η Εταιρεία μας συμβάλλει ένα μικρό επιπρόσθετο ποσό για την σύνταξη των υπάλληλων.
