Job description: Ability to lay the external thermal insulation composite system and finishing covering

2. Job Title: RENDER LAYER

Job description: Ability to lay complete render: rustic bastard mortar render, curling, lime finishing covering or chalk smoothing

4. Job Title: DRYWALL LAYER

5. Job Title: CONSTRUCTION WORKER

Job description: the candidate must be able to serve qualified and specialized workers to carry out, as an assistant, the work on construction sites

Experience: 1 year

6. Job Title: SKILLED CONSTRUCTION WORKER 

Number of posts: 5

Job description: the candidate must have several years' experience in masonry and carpentry techniques, with the ability to read drawings, optimise phases, and be able to carry out masonry and carpentry work and, more generally, typical construction site work completely independently

Experience: 3 years

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Education: Compulsory education: Vocational training certificate is a plus

Knowledge of Languages:  Basic Italian is preferable In alternative basic knowledge of English or Polish or Ukrainian language

Driving licence: B

Other: as these are private construction sites, candidates are expected to behave in a polite manner and to comply with all safety regulations. The consumption of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Place of work: Different sites in the North of Italy

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Work conditions: National collective bargaining agreement EDILIZIA AZIENDE INDUSTRIALI (CONSTRUCTION Industrial Companies)

Contract type: Fix term 6 months renewable till 24 months with perspective of permanent contract

Startind date: 01/09/2021

Gross Salary: Min 25.000 euro/year - Max: 30.000 euro/year
