A luxury beach club, Bari based https://www.ilcoco.it/, is searching for an enthusiast receptionist, guests-welcomer, multilingual Receptionist Trainee to support its permanent staff during the peak season, and deal with international clientèle.

Professional profile, duties, skills

• Education in Tourism/communication/hotel management, undergraduates or university students are

welcome provided that they are willing to learn on-the-job

• Any -although short- similar previous experience in clients service-hotel reception is welcome

• Language skills: English (B2-C1), Italian (B2).

Other European (and non-Eu such as Russian) languages are considered an asset.

• Duties: Answer the phone/email/social channels; greet guests, pass information, respond to inquiries

and instruct clients, maintain reception area, use Microsoft Office, support in events organization

• Desired skills: problem-solving attitude, kindness, ability to handle clients and make them feel on

vacation, capacity to engage clients in beach sports-entertainment activities

Offer

Work-based traineeship contract as according to national and regional guidelines, 500euro/month

+ Additional benefit by the employer (free flat and meals in the hotel)

Duration: 3,5 months starting in June to September
