Tasks:

Programming, setup and operation of the CNC turning / milling machine with different kind of operation systems Production of workpieces in single, special production according to drawing and work plan on NC / CNC turning / milling machines Creating programs and performing program corrections Monitor manufacturing processes Setting up the machine, assembly of tools Maintenance and servicing of machines Quality control; Testing and measuring the finished parts

 

Requirements:

German language skills minimum A2 Successfully completed vocational training as a CNC lathe / milling cutter, toolmaker, etc. or several years of relevant practical experience in turning / milling on CNC-controlled machines Knowledge of several operation systems advantageous: Turning: Mori Seiki MSX-850, Mori Seiki M730 BM Milling: Siemens 840D, Siemens 828D Readiness for shift work Independent, reliable, goal-oriented and precise way of working Teamwork and high level of commitment Programming skills
